Benjamin Walusimbi, a 16yrs old s.3 student at Bukalasa seminary is becoming blind due to ‘keratoconus’, a progressive thinning and bulging of the eye-corneas, leading to gradual loss of sight.
He how has a blurred vision and can no longer read from his books so, he missed his previous school terms.
